CaCl2·6H2O-MgCl2·6H2O相变材料的改性研究
MODIFICATION RESEARCH ON CaCL2·6H2O-MgCL2·6H2O AS PHASE CHANGE MATERIAL
【摘要】 制备CaCl2·6H2O和MgCl2·6H2O(25%,质量分数)的混合盐相变储能材料,并采用均匀实验设计,对混合盐体系储能材料进行改性研究,运用DPS软件对实验数据进行回归分析,考察3种成核剂(SrCl2·6H2O、SrCO3、硼砂)和3种增稠剂(羟乙基纤维素、聚丙烯酰胺、聚丙烯酸钠)对体系的过冷性质的影响。分析结果表明SrCl2·6H2O、SrCO3和羟乙基纤维素共存能有效减小体系过冷度。
【Abstract】 This paper prepared mixed salt phase change material of CaCl2·6H2O and MgCl2·6H2O(25%,wt),The modification research of the mixed salt system storage material was proceeded using uniform experimental design method.Then,we proceeded the regression analysis of experimental data using DPS software,and investigated the impact of three kinds of nucleating agent(SrCl2·6H2O,SrCO3,borax) and three kinds of thickening agent(hydroxyethyl cellulose,polyacrylamide,sodium polyacrylate) on the supercooling property of the system.The results showed that the coexistence of SrCl2·6H2O,SrCO3 and hydroxyethyl cellulose can effectively reduce the supercooling of the system.
