【摘要】 了解我国竞技体育后备人才培养现状,为我国培养优秀竞技体育的后备人才。通过对我国竞技体育后备人才培养现状的分析并提出对策,以便为我国竞技体育后备人才培养提供新的发展蓝图,为我国培养更多的体育后备人才、走向体育强国打下良好的基础,同时也为我国体育事业的可持续发展与和谐发展提供理论支撑。以我国竞技体育后备人才培养为研究对象,运用文献资料法、比较分析法在对中外竞技体育后备人才培养模式进行阐述、对比的基础上,对我国竞技体育后备人才培养的现状进行分析,通过分析发现我国竞技体育后备人才培养过程中存在着很多问题,结论表明:1)我国与美、德国外竞技体育后备人才培养模式存在着诸多不同;2)我国原有单一的竞技体育后备人才培养模式已不能适应目前迅速发展的社会,各种弊端也在逐渐暴露出来;3)我国竞技体育后备人才培养模式比较单一,运动员的学训矛盾日益突出,运动员文化素质愈来低下;建议:1)突破原有思想,不断转变人才培养观念;2)完善人才培养机制,实现人才培养主体多元化;3)重视运动员的文化教育,坚持走"体教结合"道路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Understanding our country athletics sports reserve personnel training present situation, for our country to cultivate excellent athletic sports reserve talented person. To our country athletics sports reserve personnel training as the research object, using literature analysis on Chinese and foreign athletics sports reserve personnel training mode is expounded on the basis of the our country athletics sports reserve personnel training present situation analysis, through the analysis found that the our country athletics sports reserve personnel training there are many problems in the process. Study concluded that: 1) our country and the United States, Germany outside athletics sports reserve personnel training mode are very different; 2) the original single athletics sports reserve personnel training mode in our country already cannot adapt to the rapid development of society, all sorts of drawbacks are also gradually exposed; 3) our country athletics sports reserve personnel training mode is monotonous, athletes learn the contradictions increasingly prominent, the cultural quality of the athletes is low. Suggestions:1) break through the original ideas, and constantly change the concept of talent training; 2) improve the talent training mechanism, realizing the diversification of the talent training; 3) pay attention to the athletes’ cultural education, adhere to the road of "teaching".更多还原
