【摘要】 2013年5月25日一头中华白海豚搁浅于小嶝岛附近水域,经过10 d的救护治疗后,最终仍然死亡.我们对该头中华白海豚进行了外部形态数据的测量和病理解剖,该中华白海豚体长187.5cm,体重55 kg;雌性,体型消瘦,外表多处损伤,但不构成致命因素;经解剖后发现,该白海豚支气管有血性泡沫状分泌物,肺部有肺泡破裂,肝脏和肠内有寄生虫,整个肠道痉挛,十二指肠轻度水肿,呈弥漫性出血充血,大肠密布针尖状出血点,综合分析推测死因为应激合并慢性消化道疾病导致的急性心肺功能衰竭死亡.更多还原

【Abstract】 On May 25 th,2013,a Chinese white dolphin( Sousa chinesis) was found to strand alive in Xiaodeng waters,and died after 10 days of rescue treatment. We conducted pathological anatomy and external morphological measurements for the causes of death. The body length and weight was measured 187. 5 cm and 55 kg,respectively. It was a female and the body shape looked unusually thin and full of traumas,which should not be the fatal factors. There were some hemorrhagic and foamy secretions in bronchia and alveolar rupture in addition to some parasites in the liver and the intestines. Meanwhile,we found intestinal cramps,some edema and congestion in duodenum and many needle-like petechiae in the large intestine. Therefore,the death could be due to acute cardiopulmonary failure caused by stress and chronic digestive diseases.更多还原
