【摘要】 目的比较多次法根管治疗(RCT)与一次性根管治疗与在牙体牙髓病治疗中的疗效,并对影响根管治疗难度的因素进行评估分析。方法回顾性分析2013年1月—2014年12月在福建省南平市人民医院口腔科门诊收治102例牙体牙髓病患者病进行随机分组,每组均为51例,对照组行多次法根管治疗,观察组行一次性根管治疗,对比两组患者的手术时间、成功率、和病发症情况,对影响根管治疗难度因素进行评估,分析其有效性和安全性等。结果结果显示,观察组的整体疗效要好于对照组,结果可得即对于牙体牙髓病,一次性根管治疗远远要比较多次法治疗的时间短、成功率高、并发症少,就诊次数少等,经查访,一次性根管治疗的远期疗效也要比多次法疗效好,药物接触少,安全性高,观察组患者的治疗有效率为94.12%,对照组为82.35%,观察组明显优于对照组,组间比较差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于牙体牙髓病患者,根管治疗一次法,治疗的效果较好,并发症少,大大缩短了治疗时间,更为较安全有效的治疗手段,具有临床可行性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Objective Compare multiple root canal treatment( RCT) with root canal therapy and efficacy in the treatment of dental disease and treatment factors and the difficulty to evaluate and analyze the root canal. Methods:Randomly selected in January 2013—2014 in December 102 cases of dental patients in Nanping City,Fujian Province People’s Hospital Dental Clinic admitted and randomized in each group were 51 cases in the control group underwent multiple Fagan canal treatment,observation group underwent root canal treatment,compared two groups of patients with operative time,success rate,and complications,factors affecting root canal treatment more difficult to assess,analyze their effectiveness and safety. Results: The results showed that the overall effect of the observation group than the control group,that is,for dental disease,root canal treatment than the treatment of multiple short duration of treatment,the success rate,fewer complications,the follow-up,one-time root long-term effects are more numerous canal treatment method is good long-term outcome. Conclusions: For dental patients,the effect of root canal treatment is better,fewer complications,is relatively safe and effective treatment,worthy of clinical application.更多还原
