【摘要】 目的探讨加速康复外科在食管癌围手术期中的应用效果。方法将80例同期住院的食管癌手术病人随机分为实验组和对照组各40例,对照组实行常规食管癌手术护理,实验组经病人及家属同意后遵循加速康复外科理念,即实施心理护理、胃肠道准备、术中保温、术后液体管理、早期下床活动、早日拔除胃管、早期进食等加速康复外科理念。结果两组在术后首次排气时间、住院费用、住院时间、术后并发症等方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加速康复外科在食管癌围手术期的应用,可有效减少术后并发症、降低住院费用、缩短住院时间,能有效促进病人康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: to investigate the fast track surgery in peri operation period of esophageal cancer in the application. Methods: 80 cases of hospitalized patients with esophageal cancer operation were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 40 cases in each group,the control group implemented routine nursing of esophageal cancer operation,the experimental group after the patients and their family members to follow the concept of fast track surgery,psychological nursing,bowel preparation,intraoperative,postoperative fluid management,thermal insulation early ambulation,early extubation,early feeding,the concept of fast track surgery. Results: of the two groups in postoperative first exhaust time,hospitalization expenses,hospitalization time,postoperative complications and so on several aspects of comparison,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: the clinical application of fast track surgery in esophageal cancer during operation period,which can effectively reduce the postoperative complications,reduce the cost of hospitalization,reduce hospitalization time,can effectively promote the rehabilitation of patients.更多还原
