【Abstract】 [Purpose/significance]This paper aims at revealing the location and development strategy of regional science and technology libraries. [Method/process]It summarizes the overview and location of regional science and technology libraries,by the methods of network survey and literature survey. Meanwhile,the opportunities and challenges of regional science and technology libraries are discussed in this paper.
