The participation dynamic of social forces of public library cause divides into four types: cultural motivation, ethical motivation, social motivation and economic motivation. At present need to foster a good social environment, and find the common goal of the library cause, establish the correct evaluation idea, establish scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism, and strive to build a scientific and effective mechanism of public library cause social forces to participate in scientific and effective.
