【摘要】 图书馆员自发开展阅读推广工作的价值及体现为:多样性策略是当前图书馆读者服务工作的必然选择;图书馆员主动介入阅读推广工作,会更多获得发展空间和机会;当前阅读推广工作体现灵活多样的"微推广"形式。但在实践进程中,其在图书馆制度、图书馆员主体和读者服务层面上存在障碍性因素。为此,我们要对阅读推广工作进行制度设计与制度安排,要激发和保障图书馆员主动介入阅读推广工作的积极性,要加强阅读推广工作的创意、策划、反馈、评估等。更多还原

【Abstract】 The value of librarians spontaneously developing reading promotion embodies in: diversity strategies are the inevitable choice for reader service in the library; librarians’ active participation in reading promotion would get more development space and opportunity; current reading promotion mainly adopted flexible and varied forms of ’’micro promoting’’. There exists obstacle factors in such levels, such as library system, librarians and reader service. So, we should design and arrange the system for reading promotion, encourage and guarantee librarians’ active participation, and strengthen creative ideas, planning, feedback,and evaluation in reading promotion.更多还原
