【摘要】 继耶鲁大学、德雷塞尔大学等高校之后,多伦多大学于2012年开展了个人图书馆员项目,通过将新生与图书馆员一一配对,为学生推送图书馆资源和服务等信息,解答学生的相关咨询,培养学生信息素养与研究技能。多伦多大学的个人图书馆员项目在规模、主要服务方式、个人图书馆员工作平台和评估方法等方面都具有特色,对国内高校图书馆具有一定借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Following Yale University, Drexel University and other universities, the University of Toronto started the project of Personal Librarian in 2012, which helps students develop their information literacy and research skills by matching freshmen with librarians,providing students with library information and service, and answering students related questions.The project of Personal Librarian in the University of Toronto has characteristics in the scale, main service modes, personal librarians working platform and evaluation methods, and it provides some reference for domestic university libraries.更多还原
