【摘要】 选择主导产业是农业规划的核心任务之一。本框架设计从区域现有产业与区域引入产业两类产业入手,选择了政策、社会、经济与资源环境4类规划影响度较高的一级指标和二级指标,使用了6类具有引领带动价值的产业评价因素及子因素,设计了4个算法模块,依据层次分析法和德尔菲法对于区域产业进行优选分析,为开发构建简单便捷的规划区域主导产业优选分析软件提供支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 Selecting the leading industry is one of the key tasks of agricultural planning. The current paper examines the framework design from the aspects of existing regional industry and regional introduced industries. Four types of indicators including policy,society,economy,resources and the environment were chosen,which represent higher-level indicators and secondary indicators. Meanwhile,we used 6 groups evaluation factors with industry driving value were also adopted. Based on analytic hierarchy analysis method and Delphi method,4 algorithm modules are designed for regional industrial optimization analysis. The software could provide support for developing and constructing a simple and convenient regional planning leading industries optimization analysis.更多还原
