用AMMI双标图分析早稻稻米镉含量的基因型与环境互作效应

【摘要】 以湖南省广泛种植的31个早稻品种为基因型材料,在湖南省不同程度污染区选择15个试验点进行盆栽试验,利用AMMI模型(主效可加互作可乘模型)研究基因型与环境互作效应对稻米镉积累量及其稳定性的影响,以期筛选出具有低镉积累和环境适应性水稻品种。结果表明,早稻稻米镉含量受到基因、环境及两者交互作用的影响,环境及基因与环境的互作效应对早稻稻米镉含量有主导作用,变异平方和分别占总处理平方和的75.5%和21.7%;筛选出的V23(株两优706)、V29(湘早籼45号)、V20(两优早17)、V04(株两优15)4个早稻品种,属于稻米中Cd积累量较低且遗传稳定性好的基因型,适合一般污染区大面积种植;通过选择基因型与其有负向交互作用的地点组合可有效降低稻米镉含量;利用AMMI模型分析多品种、多点低镉品种筛选试验,对评价、培育、筛选、推广作物品种有指导意义。

【Abstract】 In this study,31 early rice cultivars, widely planted in Hunan Province, were selscted as genotype materials and were planted at 15 test sites of different degrees of pollution zone in Hunan Province by pot cultured. The AMMI model( additive main effects and multiplicative interaction model) was used to study the genotype and environment interactive effects on Cd content and stability in early rice, in order to get the low and stable Cd content rice varieties. The results showed that Cd content in early rice was influenced by genetype、environment and their interaction effect, environment and the interaction between genetype and environment had dominant effects on Cd content in early rice, with the variances accounting for 75.5% and 21.7% of total variance, respectively; V23( Zhuliangyou 706), V29( Xiangzaoxian 45), V20( Liangyouzao 17), V04( Zhuliangyou 15) four early rice varieties, which grain Cd content is low and stable, it can be widely planted in slight pollution soil; It can effectively reduce the cadmium content in Rice by selecting the genotype and its negative interaction sites; It has guidance significance by AMMI model to analyse multi variety and multi point test to evaluation, training, selection, promotion of crop varieties.
