不同用量赤泥和油菜秸秆配施对烟草镉含量的影响

【摘要】 为降低烟叶Cd含量,提高烟叶品质,通过两个地点田间试验研究土壤中配施不同用量赤泥和油菜秸秆对土壤和烟草Cd含量的影响。结果表明:在高Cd含量土壤中,7500 kg hm-2赤泥粉和3000 kg hm-2油菜秸秆组合配施效果最好,烟叶Cd消减率达到40%;而低Cd含量土壤中,采用赤泥粉和油菜秸秆施加量均为3000 kg hm-2组合配施效果最好,烟叶Cd消减率达到21%。与对照相比,钝化剂对土壤Cd全量无显著影响,但显著降低土壤有效态Cd含量,而烟草Cd含量与土壤有效态Cd含量呈显著正相关。因此,赤泥和油菜秸秆复合可有效降低土壤和烟叶的Cd污染。

【Abstract】 To reduce Cd accumulation in tobacco and impro ve tobacco quality, red mud(a kind of inorganic passivation agent) and rape straw(a kind of organic passivation agent) were added into two soils with high and low Cd contents. The results showed that the best effect was found in the treatment of the combination of 7500 kg hm-2red mud and 3000 kg hm-2rape straw, which decreased the Cd bioaccumulation in tobacco by 40% in high Cd soil. While that was found in the combination of 3000 kg hm-2of red mud and rape straw, which reduced Cd bioaccumulation in tobacco by 21% in low Cd soil. Compared with the control treatment, the passivator amendment did not significantly affect the content of total Cd, but sharply decreased the content of availability Cd. The Cd content in tobacco and the availability Cd content in soil showed a significantly positive relationship. As a result, the combination of rape straw and red mud efficiently decreased the Cd contamination in soil and tobacco.
