【摘要】 目的分析缺血性脑卒中糖尿病患者的综合护理干预及效果。方法资料选取该院2015年8月—2016年8月治疗的105例缺血性脑卒中糖尿病患者予以回顾性分析,因其护理方案不同分为两组,其中50例行常规护理的设为对照组,55例行综合护理干预的设为研究组,比较两组心理状态评分及肢体功能恢复情况。结果研究组心理状态优于对照组(P<0.05),且肢体功能恢复情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预应用于缺血性脑卒中DM患者,可有效缓解其不良情绪,促进肢体功能恢复,具一定临床应用与研究价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with ischemic stroke and diabetes. Methods The data of 105 patients with ischemic stroke and diabetes who were treated in our hospital from August2015 to August 2016 were retrospectively analyzed, because of the different nursing methods were divided into two groups,including 50 cases of routine nursing as control group, 55 cases of comprehensive nursing intervention for the study group 。The scores of psychological state and the recovery of limb function were compared between the two groups. Results The psychological status of the study group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05), and the recovery of limb function was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention should be used in patients with ischemic stroke DM, can effectively alleviate the bad mood, promote limb function recovery, with a certain degree of clinical application and research value.更多还原
