部分竖向分布钢筋套筒挤压连接的预制剪力墙抗震性能试验研究
Experimental study on seismic behavior of pre-cast shear walls with partial vertical distributed steel bars pressed sleeve splicing
【摘要】 为研究部分竖向分布钢筋套筒挤压连接的预制剪力墙的抗震性能,完成3个预制墙试件和1个现浇墙试件的拟静力试验,其中,2个预制墙和1个现浇墙试件的部分竖向分布钢筋套筒挤压连接,1个预制墙试件的全部竖向分布钢筋套筒挤压连接,试件的剪跨比为1.76、轴压比为0.3,试件墙端按一级剪力墙底部加强部位构造要求配置箍筋。试验结果表明:预制墙试件和现浇墙试件均以压弯破坏为主,位移角大于1/150时水平力-位移滞回曲线有一定捏拢,平均割线刚度退化规律、耗能能力基本相同,预制墙试件的弹塑性变形能力、正截面受压承载力的安全储备小于现浇墙试件,但其极限位移角大于1/70、正截面受压承载力试验值与计算值之比大于1.1。位移角不大于1/75时,3个预制墙试件的水平力-位移滞回曲线差别不大、骨架线基本一致。3个预制墙试件均达到《高层建筑混凝土结构技术规程》(JGJ 3—2010)规定的小震、中震和大震作用下结构抗震性能水准1、4、5对普通竖向构件的要求。
【Abstract】 To study the seismic behavior of pre-cast shear walls with partial vertical distributed steel bars spliced by pressed sleeves,quasi-static tests were performed on 3 pre-cast wall specimens and 1 cast-in-situ wall specimen. Among them,2 pre-cast wall specimens and the cast-in-situ wall specmen had partical vertical distributed steel bars spliced by pressed sleeves and 1 pre-cast wall specimen had all vertical distributed steel bars spliced by pressed sleeves. The designed shear span ratio and axial compressive force ratio for the specimens are 1. 76 and 0. 3,respectively. The stirrups at the boundary elements of the wall specimens are arranged according to the basic requirement for the strengthen area of the grade 1 shear wall. The test results indicate that all the wall specimens fail inflexure mainly. The average secant stiffness degradation rule and energy dissipation capacity are almost same,respectivelly. The lateral forcedisplacement hysteretic loops of all specimens with rotation angle larger than 1 /150 have pinch. The elastic-plastic deformation capacity and the safety reserve of the compressive strength of the pre-cast wall specimens are less than those of the cast-in-situ wall specimen. The ultimate rotation angle is larger than 1 /70 and the ratio of the measured strength to the calculated one is larger than 1. 1 for the pre-cast wall specimens. When the rotation angle is not larger than 1 /75,the lateral force-displacement hysteretic loops and skeleton curves of the 3 pre-cast wall specimens are similar. All the pre-cast wall specimens can satisfy the requirements of ordinary vertical structural elements for structural anti-earthquake performance level 1,4 and 5 under the action of minimal earthquake,mediate earthquake and abnormal earthquake,respectively,according to the "technical specification for concrete structures of tall building"JGJ 3—2010.
