企业风险、高管薪酬与经理人市场

【摘要】 与以往由外而内的研究思路不同,根据内因是决定外因的哲学思想和企业作为市场主体的经济本质,考察公司企业风险与高管薪酬对外部经理人市场竞争程度的影响。研究发现,企业风险与经理人市场竞争程度呈正相关,企业风险程度越大,经理人市场竞争越激烈;进一步引入高管薪酬水平的研究发现,高管薪酬水平对企业风险与经理人市场竞争程度的关系具有重要的调节作用,薪酬水平高的企业,显著降低或者弱化了企业风险对经理人市场竞争程度的影响。这一结果表明,一方面企业风险与高管薪酬对于经理人市场的形成和运行状况具有互动作用,企业薪酬管理应当充分考虑企业的风险因素;另一方面企业内部治理状况对外部治理水平具有重要影响,建立良好的内外治理兼修机制显得尤为重要。
【Abstract】 Be different previous research ideas which is from the outside, according to the decision of internal and external corporate philosophy of thinking as the main essence of the market economy, the impact study and executive pay of corporate risk manager for external degree of market competition. The study found that corporate risk managers and extent of competition in the market was a positive correlation, the greater the degree of business risk, the more intense market competition manager; study further found that the introduction of executive pay levels, executive compensation levels for corporate risk managers with a degree of market competition the relationship has an important regulatory role, high pay levels of business, significantly reduce or weaken the effects of corporate risk manager degree of competition in the market. This result suggests that, on the one hand and the executive compensation business risk and operating conditions for the formation of market managers have interaction, enterprise compensation management should be fully considered risk factors for enterprises; the other hand, the internal governance of the external governance of an important influence, establish good internal and external governance mechanism is particularly important with a minor.
