【摘要】 随着高等教育收费制度的改革,高校的扩招,伴随的贫困大学生的出现和增加,新疆地区也不例外。尽管新疆已建立了"奖、助、补、贷、勤、免"为主的贫困大学生资助政策,但是新疆作为一个少数民族的自治地区,由于地域、经济以及资助政策本身等诸多原因,贫困大学生的资助还有诸多困难和不足。本文从贫困大学生的界定和新疆高校贫困大学生的基本情况入手,分析贫困大学生资助体系的现状,进而提出完善新疆高校贫困大学生资助政策体系的具体建议。更多还原
