【摘要】 目的 分析耳鸣的心理声学特征与耳鸣问卷的相关性,揭示二者相关性对耳鸣治疗产生的影响,为耳鸣治疗提供参考依据。方法 对175名原因不明的慢性耳鸣患者进行耳鸣的心理声学测试(响度和音调);同时受试患者接受耳鸣活动问卷调查。对耳鸣的音调、响度与耳鸣活动问卷总得分和分项得分(思想和情绪、听力、睡眠、注意力)之间进行相关性分析。结果 耳鸣响度与耳鸣活动问卷间存在显著相关(P<0.05),相关系数r=0.168,但二者的相关性不强;耳鸣响度与听力交流问题得分极显著相关(P<0.01),相关系数r=0.303,散点图显示二者有一定的相关性。结论 耳鸣的心理声学特征与患者对耳鸣的反应程度间相关性不强,二者主要表现为耳鸣响度与其对听力交流之间相关的影响。耳鸣的心理治疗、耳鸣咨询治疗主要依据耳鸣问卷得分情况。耳鸣的声治疗可以参考耳鸣响度检测的结果决定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To analyze the relationships between psychoacoustic characteristics of tinnitus and the tinnitus questionnaire.To explore its possible influence on the tinnitus management Methods 175 tinnitus patients of unknown etiology received psychoacoustic measurements,including loudness and pitch.The subjects received the tinnitus activity questionnaire in the meantime.A correlation analysis was done among the tinnitus pitch,loudness and the total scores,the subitem scores(thoughts and emotion,hearing,sleep,attention) of tinnitus activities questionnaire Results there were significant correlations between the tinnitus loudness and the total scores of tinnitus activities questionnaire(P<0.05) with correlation coefficient r=0.168,the correlation was not strong.The correlation between tinnitus loudness and the sub-item scores of hearing questions was significant(P<0.01).correlation coefficient r=0.303.The scatter plot showed the strong correlation between them.Conclusion The correlation between the tinnitus loudness and the patients’ reaction to tinnitus was weak.The correlation between them was mainly caused by the correlation between tinnitus loudness and the sub-item score of hearing questions.The psychological treatment and counseling for tinnitus should be based on the tinnitus questionnaire.Whether the sound therapy was necessary or not might be decided by the results of the measurement of tinnitus loudness.更多还原
