新型液电式汽车防误踩加速踏板装置研究
Research of New Electronic-hydraulic Vehicle Accelerator Pedal Device with Misoperation Prevention Function
【摘要】 为了防止汽车驾驶人在紧急制动情况下误踩加速踏板而造成交通安全事故,利用正常驾驶时踩加速踏板的作用力小而紧急制动情况下踩制动踏板作用力大的差异,设计了防误踩加速踏板装置。阐述新型液电式防误踩装置的结构原理,完成了防误踩加速踏板装置的结构设计;建立了液电式防误踩装置试验台,并对防误踩加速踏板装置的有效性进行了台架试验验证。台架试验结果表明,该装置结构简单可靠,制动反应灵敏,可有效地防止误踩事故的发生。
【Abstract】 To avoid misoperation on accelerator pedal in emergency braking,a vehicle accelerator pedal device with misoperation prevention function is designed by taking advantage of significant difference in action force on accelerator pedal between operations of normal driving state and emergency braking state. The structure of a new electronic- hydraulic vehicle accelerator pedal device with misoperation prevention function is designed and its principle is stated. A bench test is conducted on the device. The test result shows the device has a high sensitivity,good reliability,simple configuration,and which can effectively prevent the misoperation of accelerator pedal.
