【摘要】 目的:观察益气补肾方对胃癌术后转移的防治效果及其对患者血清MMP-3、MMP-9水平的影响。方法:采用随机分组方法设计,胃癌术后脾肾亏虚证患者84例,分为观察组和对照组,每组42例;观察组采用益气补肾方联合FOLFOX6方案化疗,对照组仅用FOLFOX6方案化疗。在治疗前、治疗后至12个月定期监测2组的转移情况及血清MMP-3、MMP-9水平,比较分析2组的复发转移率及治疗前后血清MMP-3、MMP-9水平。结果:观察组完成40例,出现转移4例,复发转移率10%;对照组完成38例,出现复发转移11例,复发转移率28.9%;观察组复发转移率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前2组患者血清MMP-3、MMP-9水平无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗12个月后观察组患者血清MMP-3、MMP-9水平均低于对照组的表达水平,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气补肾方有抗胃癌复发转移作用,与控制血清MMP-3、MMP-9水平有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the anti- metastasis effect of Yiqi Bushen Fang on stomach cancer after operation and impact on serum MMP- 3 and MMP- 9 levels. Methods: 84 Patients of stomach cancer after operation with the spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome were randomized into observation group and control group with each 42 cases,the observation group was treated by Yiqi Bushen Fang combined with FOLFOX6 protocol chemotherapy and the control group simply by FOLFOX6 protocol chemotherapy. Condition of relapse / metastasis and the serum MMP- 3 and MMP- 9 levels were determined before and after treatment. Results: In the observation group,40 cases were completed and 4 cases( 10 %) occured metastasis,while in the control group,38 cases were completed and 11 cases( 28. 9 %) occured relapse and metabasis,the effect of observation group was remarkably better than that of control group( P < 0. 05). Before treatment,serum MMP- 3 and MMP- 9 levels of the observation group were similar to those of the control group( P > 0. 05),while after treatment 12 months,serum MMP- 3 and MMP- 9 levels of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group. Conclusion: Yiqi Bushen Fang has a good function in resisting the metabasis of stomach cancer after operation and inhibiting the patients’ serum MMP- 3 and MMP- 9 levels was part of the mechanism.更多还原
