【摘要】 目的:观察参地养心胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭气阴两虚证患者的临床疗效。方法:60例纳入观察的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组予以西医常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加服参地养心胶囊,治疗1个疗程后进行心功能疗效和中医证候疗效评价;治疗前后检测血BNP水平。结果:治疗组中医证候总疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01),心功能疗效略优于对照组,但无统计学意义。2组患者治疗后,血BNP水平显著下降,与疗前比较差异显著;两组间无明显差异。结论:参地养心胶囊对慢性心力衰竭气阴两虚型患者的临床证候疗效明显优于单纯西药治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the curative effect of Shendig Yangxin Capsule in the treatment of chronic heart failure patients with qi and yin deficiency syndrome. Methods: 60 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each of 30 cases. The control group was treated with routine treatment of Western medicine,treatment group was taken Shendi Yangxin Capsule on the basis of the control group treatment. After a course of treatment,heart function improvement and curative effect of TCM syndrome in the two groups were evaluated. BNP level of the two groups was detected before and after the treatment. Results: The total curative effect of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was obviously. better than that of the control group( P < 0. 01),and the effect of cardiac function was slightly better than that of the control group,but there was no statistical significance. Serum BNP level of the two group patients after treatment was significantly decreased compared with before treatment,the difference was significant; there was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: The curative effect of Shendi Yangxin Capsule on clinical syndromes in chronic heart failure patients with qi and yin deficiency syndrome is obviously superior to the simple Westem medicine treatment.更多还原
