消瘰合剂Ⅱ号协同西药治疗颈淋巴结核破溃期气血两虚证的临床研究

【摘要】 目的:观察消瘰合剂Ⅱ号在颈淋巴结核治疗过程中的作用并探讨其作用机制。方法:将60例入选患者随机分为中西药组和西药对照组,每组30例。对照组采用正规西药化疗方案,中西药组在此基础上加用消瘰合剂Ⅱ号,通过观察症状变化、淋巴结吸收情况、窦道愈合情况、细胞因子(TNF-α、IFN-γ)变化以及患者不良反应、耐受性、依从性等情况,比较两组疗效及毒副反应发生率。结果:中西药组有效率较对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且中西药组的毒副反应发生例数少于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经过治疗,中西药组肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)表达水平明显降低(P<0.05),IFN-γ表达水平明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:消瘰合剂Ⅱ号能够通过提高机体免疫力促进颈淋巴结核患者的窦道愈合,减轻药物副反应,减毒增效。

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of Xiaoluo Mixture Ⅱ in cervical lymph nodes tuberculosis and explore the mechanism. Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups: Chinese medicine group and control group,with 30 in each. Both groups were given routine anti- TB treatment and Xiaoluo Mixture Ⅱ was added in Chinese medicine group. Analyzing the the effect and mechanism of Xiaoluo Mixture Ⅱ on lymph nodes by observing the change of symptom,size of lymph nodes,cytokines( TNF- α,IFN- γ),side- effect,tolerance and compliance. Results: The total effective rate of Chinese medicine group were all superior to control group in statistics. The side- effect of Chinese medicine was less than control group,but the two groups have no statistical difference( P > 0. 05). TNF- α level in Chinese medicine group was significantly lower than that in control group( P < 0. 05),IFN- γ level in Chinese medicine group were significantly higher than that in control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Xiaoluo Mixture Ⅱ has the function of increasing efficacy and deceasing toxicity through improving immunity and reducing the adverse drug reaction.
