不同本体感觉输入对复杂运动动作表象的影响:fMRI研究

【摘要】 人类的运动技能与工具的使用密不可分,运动技能能力与动作表象存在正相关关系。但是,不同工具产生的本体感觉输入对复杂运动动作表象影响的神经心理机制还不清楚。本研究以排球运动员为例,利用功能性磁共振技术,采用组块设计与事件相关设计相结合的混合设计,探究持特定工具(排球)、非特定工具(篮球)和不持工具条件下进行排球发球动作表象时脑功能激活模式。结果发现:3种持工具条件下表象共同激活的脑区有左侧小脑和右侧脑岛;3种不同持工具条件下表象,右侧后扣带回、右侧海马旁回,左侧额中回激活存在差异;持工具表象与不持工具表象在右侧楔前叶,右侧后扣带回激活有差异;持特定工具表象比持非特定工具表象在右侧额中回,左侧辅助运动区激活更大。结果表明:动作表象受到本体感觉输入的影响,在持特定工具表象专项动作时,会促进额-顶控制网络功能的激活。研究结果为运动训练实践和脑损伤后功能康复提供理论依据和实践基础。

【Abstract】 Human motor skills and the use of tools are inseparable,and there is a positive correlation between motor skills and motor imagery. However,changes of central nervous system induced by effect of proprioception input of specific tools on motor imagery have not been fully explored. This study usedf MRI to explore the brain regions activated during motor imagery of special action when professional volleyball athletes holding specific tool(volleyball),non-specific tool(basketball)or nothing,and the combination of block design and event related design is adopted. The results showed that proprioceptive in-put bring by different holding conditions have significant influence on volleyball athletes’ motor imagery. Brain regions activated under the conditions of threekinds of tools is the left cerebellum and right insula. Besides,the right posterior cingulate gyrus and the right hippocampus gyrus,the left frontal gyrus activa-tion was different due to three kinds of tools. Brain activation was greater with holding tools than with nothing in the right precuneus and right posterior cingu-late. Besides that,significant difference in activation was found in motor imagery with specific tool than with non-specific tool in right middle frontal gyrusand left supplementary motor area. We suggest that motor imagery of professional athletes is influenced by the proprioception input,that is,when holding spe-cial tool,the frontoparietal control network was significantly activated. The research results provide theoretical basis and practical basis for sports trainingand functional recovery after brain injury.
