N,N-二甲氨基-3-氯丙烷氯化镁的合成工艺研究
The research of synthesis process about pharmaceutical intermediates 3-dimethylaminopropylchloride magnesiumchloride
【摘要】 N,N-二甲氨基-3-氯丙烷氯化镁是合成氢溴酸西酞普兰重要的中间体。以N,N-二甲氨基-3-氯丙烷盐酸盐为初始原料,通过中和,合成N,N-二甲氨基-3-氯丙烷;在氮气保护条件下,以四氢呋喃为溶剂,N,N-二甲氨基-3-氯丙烷与镁粉作用,得到目标产物,反应总收率为70%。
【Abstract】 3-Dimethylaminopropylchloride magnesiumchloride is an important pharmaceutical intermediatesin the synthesis of citalopram hydrobromide. 3-dimethylaminopropylchloride hydrochloride as the raw material, 3-dimethylaminopropylchloride was synthesized by the neutralization reaction.Tetrahydrofuran as solvent, in theprotection of nitrogen, target product were synthesized by 3- dimethylaminopropylchloride and magnesium, totalyield is 70%.
