【Abstract】 Based on the explanation of the connotation, concept and the significance of 5S management, the paper puts forward the practice of implementing 5S in higher vocational colleges. The paper introduces the improvement of laboratories after applying the5 S management, and predicts the problems of 5S in the late implementation. It puts forward that applying the concept of 5S management can enhance and improve the management of mechanical and electrical laboratories in higher vocational colleges and achieve the purposes of improving management efficiency and cultivating students’ experimental qualities.更多还原
