【摘要】 目的:探讨电话随访干预对糖尿病前期血糖控制的影响。方法:选取糖尿病门诊筛查的糖尿病前期患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组遵医嘱口服二甲双胍药物治疗和一对一健康教育,观察组在此基础上进行为期三个月的电话随访干预,对比干预前后两组患者的相关指标情况。结果:两组患者治疗前的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(PPG)及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)差异无显著性;治疗后观察组的FPG、PPG、HbA1c均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:随访干预对糖尿病前期患者血糖控制有积极影响,可更好地降低患者的FPG,PPG及HbAlc指标水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the influence of the telephone follow-up on glycemic control in pre-diabetic state. Methods: 80 pre-diabetics outpatients were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group. In the control group, the diabetics were guided with oral administration of melbine(DMBG) for treatment as well as one-to-one health education, while in the observation group the diabetics were treated with the same conditions as the control group and additional three-month of telephone follow-up. The relevant index status was compared between two groups before and after the intervention. Results: The difference of fasting Plasma Glucose(FPG),postchallenge plasma glucose(PPG) and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c) between observation group and control group was not significant before intervention; but, the FPG,PPG,HbA1 c in observation group were significantly lower than control group after intervention( P﹤0.05).Conclusion: The results indicate that the telephone follow-up has a positive effect on glycemic control in pre-diabetic state with better reduction of FPG, PPG and HbA1 c index level in the diabetics.更多还原
