【摘要】 通过对里约奥运周期举行的第44届、第45届、第46届世界体操锦标赛高低杠决赛成套动作的D组以上杠上回环动作、杠上飞行动作、换杠动作的分析,认为高低杠成套动作的编排呈现出以下特征:成套动作的构成以D组和E组难度动作为主,连接加分在运动员D分的提高中占的比重增加;杠上飞行动作主要以特卡切夫类动作和分腿及屈体叶格尔空翻为主;低杠换握高杠动作以掏类和蹬杠腾跃为主,高杠换握低杠以帕克空翻为主,针对3届世锦赛高低杠决赛成套动作特征提出了优化编排的方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the movements on the uneven bars at the 44 th,45th,46 th World Gymnastics Championship finals,this paper argues that the complete sets of actions show the following characteristics: the complete set is mainly composed of D group and E group,connection adding score in D group has a larger proportion; the flight action on bars is mainly composed of Teka Qiefu class action and straddle and pike Jaeger- Salto and Flip Tkatchevs; cut and pedal mainly in bar jump movement from low bar to high bar,PAK mainly in the movement from high bar to low bar.Accordingly,the scheme of optimization design is proposed.更多还原
