矿热熔炼埋弧炉的智能控制系统
THE SUBMERGED ARC FURNACE INTELLIGENT CONTROL SYSTEM USING NEURAL NETWORK
【摘要】 为了执行国家能源政策及环保政策,节能、减排以及由于近年来不锈钢需求量大增,生产镍铁和铬铁的埋弧炉势必向大型化发展,但是在已有的埋弧炉中,由于载流导体存在电感、集肤效应、邻近效应的干扰,以及工艺复杂性等诸多因素的影响,使得向大型化发展受到限制。如若采用新型神经网络智能控制系统,则这些问题可迎刃而解。通过对采用神经网络的埋弧炉智能控制系统的结构和功能的介绍,指出埋弧炉智能控制系统的工业运行效果。
【Abstract】 In order to carry out national energy policy and environmental policy,as well as the great dem and of stainless steel in recent years,the submerged are furnace must develop large-scale.But conventional submerged are furnaces exis the reactance,the skin effect and the interaction effect in the carrying current conductors and for the technologies complicacy.Therefore,it is restricted to become large-scale.But if using the intelligent control system by means of neura network,above-mentioned problems are readily solved.The article describes the structures and functions of submerged are furnaces intelligent control system by means of neural network.The industrial operation results of submerged are furnace intelligent control system were given.
