液相萃取/离子色谱法测定车用汽柴油中5种无机阴离子

【摘要】 建立了抑制型电导离子色谱法同时分离检测车用汽柴油中F-,Cl-,Br-,NO3-,SO42-5种无机阴离子含量的分析方法。样品用90%甲醇水溶液超声振荡提取,经离心分层,水相用0.22μm混合纤维微孔滤膜过滤,以15 mmol/L的KOH为淋洗液,外标法定量。结果显示,5种阴离子在0.5020.00 mg/L浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数均不低于0.999,方法检出限(LOD)为0.010.04 mg/kg。在低、中、高3个加标水平下,汽油中各离子的平均加标回收率为87.6%109.7%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.4%3.5%;柴油中各离子的平均加标回收率为86.8%110.0%,RSD为0.1%2.9%。该方法前处理简便,灵敏度高,重复性和再现性好,适用于车用汽柴油中常见无机阴离子含量的测定。

【Abstract】 A method of ion chromatography( IC) with suppressed conductivity detection for the simultaneous determination of F-,Cl-,Br-,NO3-,SO42-anions in motor gasoline and diesel oil was established. After ultrasonic extraction with 90% methanol aqueous solution and centrifugation,the sample in aqueous phase was purified with 0. 22 μm hybrid filter membrane,and then quantitatively analyzed by the external standard method using IC instrument with 15 mmol / L KOH as the eluent.The effects of concentration and flow rate of the eluent,and concentration of methanol aqueous solution on the detection of five anions were investigated. The linear relation of five anions were good in the range of 0. 50- 20. 00 mg / L and all the linear correlation coefficient were not less than 0. 999.The average recoveries of target anions in gasoline were in the range of 87. 6%- 109. 7% with relative standard deviations( RSDs) of 0. 4%- 3. 5%,and the average recoveries of target anions in diesel oil were 86. 8%- 110. 0% with RSDs of 0. 1%- 2. 9%. The limits of detection( LOD) of five anions were in the range of 0. 01- 0. 04 mg / kg. This method avoids the high requirements on the instrument,complicated and time-consuming pretreatment process. It was simple,reliable and sensitive,and was suitable for the simultaneous detection of trace inorganic anions in motor gasoline and diesel oil.
