基于博弈论的执行文化与执行力研究

【摘要】 执行力是实现组织愿景、战略规划和目标的根本保障,是一切组织管理的生命线。在知识经济的今天,将执行力置于文化的视野中予以观察和解读,才能从更深层次把握其精髓。在梳理执行力与执行文化概念的基础上,运用博弈论理论,通过构建执行主体的心理契约和抑制执行主体的机会主义行为两方面提高执行主体在博弈过程中的收益和成本,改善执行力非常态的博弈过程,促进执行力非常态问题的解决,从而揭示培育执行文化的重要意义。

【Abstract】 "Executive ability"is the fundamental guarantee to achieve organizational objectives,strategic planning and decision targets and it is also the lifeline of all management organization. In the knowledge economy of today,the"executive ability"should be placed in the cultural field to observe and interpret so that we can understand and grasp it from a higher level. On the basis of clearing the concept of the executive ability and executive culture,the game theory is used to increase the executive subjects’ profit in the course of the game through the construction of executive subjects’ psychological contract and inhibition of the opportunism,which improves the executive ability abnormal state,thus revealing the importance of fostering the executive culture.
