【摘要】 海外高端人才是建设中国特色社会主义现代化的重要力量。推进海外人才管理工作离不开完善的政策支持体系,作为完整政策的一部分,加强海外高端人才政策评估可以提升政府决策水平与服务水平。文章基于对现有海外高端人才政策出台情况的全面分析,找寻其中存在的问题与不足,重点提出针对海外高端人才政策体系的"三项优化,四个创新",以政策的优化来满足吸引海外高端人才工作的当前需求,以政策创新来促进海外高端人才管理工作的未来发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 In building socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics,overseas high-level talents are important forces.Promoting the work of overseas talent is inseparable from sound policy system. As a part of the complete policy,assessment of policy about overseas high-level talent can enhance government decision-making and improve service. Through making comprehensive analysis to the existing policy of overseas high-level talents and finding out its problems and shortcomings,this paper proposes"Three Optimization and Four Innovations"aiming at perfecting the policy system of overseas high-level talents.
