犬瘟热病毒细胞受体研究进展

【摘要】 犬瘟热病毒(Canine distemper virus,CDV)是一种宿主广泛的病原,能引起患病动物的严重呼吸道和消化道症状。CDV具有信号淋巴细胞激活分子(SLAM)和细胞粘附分子4(Nectin-4)2种主要受体。当病毒进入动物上呼吸道后,表达SLAM的淋巴细胞与CDV血凝素(H)蛋白相互作用,以囊膜与宿主细胞融合的方式使病毒进入细胞,启动病毒感染过程,随血液循环通过黏膜上皮细胞淋巴细胞浸润的方式广泛地感染体内表达Nectin-4的上皮组织和器官,最终通过呼吸道和消化道上皮细胞释放病毒粒子造成疾病的传播。CDV与该2种受体的相互作用是病毒跨物种间感染的重要基础。本文就国内、外最新研究进展并结合作者的工作,对上述问题进行了综述和探讨。

【Abstract】 Canine distemper virus(CDV) a wide host range of the virus,can cause severe symptoms in animal.The study confirmed that CDV had two major cellular receptors,signaling lymphocyte activation molecule(SLAM) and cell adhesion molecule 4(Nectin-4).When the virus enters the upper respiratory tract of animals express slam lymphocytes and CDV hemagglutinin(H) protein interactions,the envelope and host cell fusion caused the virus to enter cells to initiate virus infection process.With the blood circulation through the mucosal epithelial cells in a wide range of infected cells infected with Nectin-4 expression of the epithelial tissues and organs,and ultimately through the respiratory tract and digestive tract epithelial cells to release viral particles caused by the spread of disease.The presence of these two receptors is an important factor in the CDV cross species infection.In this paper,the latest research progress in the domestic and international and the author’s work,the above problems are summarized and discussed.
