正交试验优选人参皂苷Re转化为Rg2发酵工艺
Fermentation Technology Optimization of Ginsenoside Re Biotransformed into Ginsenoside Rg2 by Orthogonal Test
【摘要】 优选人参皂苷Re转化为人参皂苷Rg2最佳发酵工艺条件,计算人参皂苷Rg2转化产率。采用HPLC法,从发酵时间、发酵温度、复合菌添加量3方面,以人参皂苷Rg2转化产率为评价指标,优选人参发酵条件,并进行相关性分析。人参发酵工艺为酶解温度60℃、加酶量10%、发酵时间10d。采用正交实验优选人参发酵工艺条件,该实验可以为人参皂苷Rg2的工业化生产提供新的途径。
【Abstract】 Fermentation technology optimization of ginsenoside Re biotransformed into ginsenoside Rg2 by orthogonal test and calculate yield of ginsenoside Rg2; Useing fermation time,fermation temperature,added content of composite enzymatic as model by HPLC,to optimization ginsenoside fermentation condition and correlation analysis; Ginsen fermentation technology was fermation temperature 60℃,added content of composite enzymatic 10%,fermation time 10 days; To apply the fermentation technology optimization of ginsenoside,it is the new way available for the ginsenoside Rg2 industrialized production.
