【摘要】 青少年校外体育服务作为实现体育强国目标的重要基础之一,在分析了日本、美国和英国等发达国家青少年校外体育服务特征的基础上,针对我国青少年校外体育服务问题和当前实际,提出了发挥体育中心课程作用,校内与校外联动;加强青少年校外公共体育服务体系网络建设,加大普惠面;加强社区建设,强化社会功能;充分利用社会体育指导员,加强锻炼的有效性;加强宣传,强化社会对青少年体育的认识;制定完善的管理制度,建立有效的外部监督机制;权责分明等启示,以供借鉴和参考.更多还原

【Abstract】 As one of the important basis for realizing the objective of strong country in the sports,on the analysis of the youth sports service characteristics of the developed countries such as Japan,the United States and Britain,on the basis of youth sports service problem in China and the current practice,we put forward to play the role of sports center courses,internal and external linkage.
