【摘要】 近年来,我国外派劳务人员的合法权益被侵害的事件频繁发生。外派劳务人员的人身安全受到威胁、劳动权益无法得到保障、遭到不公平的待遇等。外派劳务人员权益受损的原因主要有我国相关法律不完善、劳务合作合同不规范、劳务人员缺乏自我保护的能力。通过制定相关法律法规、完善对外劳务合作合同、签署国际条约等方式,完善我国外派劳务人员保护的机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of expatriate workers service cooperation, the rights of the expatriate laborer often are infringed. How to protect the rights becomes a new problem to our government. By enacting the relevant laws, clarifying the labor relations of the expatriate workers service cooperation, improving the related contract, as well as signing the treaties on the protection of expatriate workers’ rights, it can protect the expatriate workers’ interests to the greatest extent.更多还原
