工艺条件对高温黑釉影响的研究
Effects of Processing Condition on High-temperature Black Glaze
【摘要】 笔者以工业尾矿(如铁、钴等尾矿)为着色原料代替传统的金属氧化物制备了颜色纯正的高温黑釉。实验结果证明:工艺条件对高温黑釉有着明显的影响,当釉层厚度为1.0~1.5mm,烧成温度为1 270~1 300℃,保温时间为12~15min时,在氧化气氛下可以烧制出颜色纯正,釉面光滑的黑釉。
【Abstract】 In the paper,high-temperature matt black glaze were prepared using tailings i.g.chromium tailings,cobalt tailings,as coloring agents replacement of the traditional metal.The results showed that processing condition is important for the high-temperature black glaze.When the glaze thickness is l.0~1.5mm,firing temperature of 1 270~1 300℃ and soaking time of 12~15min,the black glaze with the smooth surface is prepared.
