【Abstract】 The key of Tao Xingzhi’s philosophy "doctrine of producing profit for vocational education" is still of high theoretical vitality and strong directive effect in practice. Based on the idea of training vocational teachers from Tao Xingzhi, and combined with the concrete conditions of Shazhou Professional Institute of Technology, this paper puts forward three core points for training higher vocational teachers: establishing the ideal of "working for the profit of the people", keeping teacher’s ethics, regarding education as a basic task; sticking to views of "experience", strengthening technical ability, upholding "the best way to learn is to learn from the best"; constructing IT teaching ability, and realizing the goal of "integrity of teaching, learning and practice" under the new situation.更多还原
