【摘要】 跨境电商的迅速发展为国际贸易及相关专业学生就业、创业带来了契机,培养创新创业型人才是政府、高校、企业的共同目标和战略协同的契合点,也是高校深化教育改革的突破口和提高服务区域产业转型和创新驱动能力的重要途径。针对目前高职院校创业教育中人才供给与企业需求脱节问题,构建了跨境电子商务创新创业人才培养的校企协同育人新模式,搭建了互联网+创新创业课程平台、创新创业实践平台、创新创业师资建设等平台,通过需求端和供给侧两方面协调"共振",有效解决了教育与产业脱节的难题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rapid development of Cross-border E-Commerce provides chances for students majoring in international business and trade to seek for jobs and start a business. Cultivating talents is the common goal and conjunction point between government, college and enterprise. It is a breakthrough for deepening education reforms, also an important way to improve regional economy towards higher good-value and innovating driver. Aiming at the questions about talents supply and enterprise demands during SYB education in high technical institutes, this paper proposes a new school-enterprise education mechanism to cultivate talents on cross-border e-commerce, sets up the platforms of "internet+ innovation and entrepreneurship class", innovation and entrepreneurship activities, and pioneering teachers’ creation, and coordinates demand and supply to effectively solve the problem on separated education and industry.更多还原
