【摘要】 目的:观察高通量血液透析滤过治疗尿毒症脑病的疗效。方法:选取玉林市红十字会医院2012年1月至2016年7月收治30例诊断尿毒症脑病的患者。按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各15例。对照组采取常规的血液透析滤过治疗,观察组使用高通量血液透析滤过治疗。最后对两组的疗效进行对比。结果:两组患者经治疗后,有效地治疗尿毒症脑病,观察组患者的有效率优于对照组。观察组采用高通量血液透析滤过治疗,患者的总有效率93.33%,对照组采用常规的血液透析滤过治疗,患者的总有效率66.67%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在临床上治疗尿毒症脑病,使用高通量血液透析滤过治疗能够有效地控制患者病情。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the high fl ux hemodialysis fi ltration treatment the curative effect of uremic encephalopathy. Methods 30 cases of patients with uremia encephalopathy were selected from Yulin Red Cross hospital Between January 2012 and July 2016. According to random number table method were divided into control group and observation group(n = 15). The control group treated with conventional hemodialysis filtration, the observation group used high flux hemodialysis filtration treatment. Finally, the curative effect of two groups were compared. Results Two groups patients after treatment, effectively treating the toxic encephalopathy, observation group of patients with efficient is better than the control group. According to the experiment, observation group with high fl ux hemodialysis fi ltration treatment, patients with total effective rate: 93.33 %, control group using conventional hemodialysis fi ltration treatment, the patients of total effective rate: 66.67 %, 2 sets of data differ signifi cantly(P < 0.05), with statistical signifi cance. Conclusion In clinic treatment of uremic encephalopathy, the use of high fl ux hemodialysis fi ltration treatment can effectively control patients, curative effect is outstanding, worthy of promotion.更多还原
