【摘要】 目的:观察健脾祛湿饮治疗脾虚湿蕴型湿疹的临床疗效,通过比较血液CD4~+、CD8~+、CD4~+/CD8~+的变化来探讨其治疗机制。方法:选择深圳市罗湖区中医院收治的57例脾虚湿蕴型湿疹患者,随机分为观察组29例,对照组28例,另设20例健康体检者为空白对照组。观察组予健脾祛湿饮煎服,对照组予氯雷他定片口服,疗程结束后(3周),观察两组的疗效;观察两组治疗前后血液CD4~+、CD8~+、CD4~+/CD8~+变化情况,并与健康体检组进行比较。结果:观察组与对照组比较疗效明显(P<0.05)。治疗前:观察组、对照组与健康体检组比较:CD4~+下降显著(P<0.01),CD8~+上升显著(P<0.01),CD4~+/CD8~+均下降显著(P<0.01)。治疗后:观察组与对照组比较,CD4~+上升明显(P<0.05),CD8~+下降明显(P<0.05),CD4~+/CD8~+上升显著(P<0.01);与健康体检组比较,CD4~+/CD8~+上升明显(P<0.05),CD4~+、CD8~+差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:健脾祛湿饮治疗脾虚湿蕴型湿疹患者有效,可以调节湿疹患者的免疫功能。其可能机制是通过调节T淋巴细胞群免疫功能紊乱,使CD4~+/CD8~+恢复正常。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effi cacy of jianpi qushi drink treating Spleen wet Yun eczema, and to explore its therapeutic mechanism by comparing blood CD4~+, CD8~+, CD4~+ / CD8~+ change. Methods 57 patients of spleen wet Yun eczema were randomly divided into observation group(29 patients) and control group(28 patients), and another group set up for the 20 healthy control group. Observation group patients were given jianpi qushi drink decoction, the control group patients were oral loratadine tablets, after the end of treatment(three weeks), observe the clinical effi cacy of the two groups; observe blood CD4~+, CD8~+, CD4~+ / CD8~+ change of the two groups before and after treatment, and compared with the healthy control group. Results Observation group was more signifi cant effi cacy than the control group(P < 0.05). Observation group and control group before treatment compared with healthy control group, CD4~+ T cell signifi cantly decreased(P < 0.01), CD8 ~+ T cells signifi cantly increased(P < 0.01), CD4~+ / CD8~+ ratio decreased signifi cantly(P < 0. 01); After treatment, the observation group compared with control group, CD4~+ T cells signifi cantly increased(P < 0.05), CD8~+ T cells signifi cantly decreased(P < 0.05), CD4~+ / CD8~+ signifi cantly increased(P < 0. 01), and compared with healthy control group, CD4~+ / CD8~+ signifi cantly increased(P < 0. 05), but CD4~+, CD8~+ was no signifi cant difference(P > 0.05). Conclusion jianpi qushi drink treating Spleen wet Yun eczema patients had signifi cant effi cacy,and could regulate immune function abnormalities in Spleen wet Yun eczema patients. The possible mechanism was by regulating T lymphocytes immune dysfunction and CD4~+ / CD8~+ back to normal.更多还原
