【摘要】 目的:探讨左氧氟沙星眼用凝胶加地塞米松辅助泪道探通术治疗泪道阻塞的临床疗效及其安全性。方法:选取2013年3月至2015年5月广东海洋大学医院眼科收治的60例泪道阻塞患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组行泪道探通术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合左氧氟沙星眼用凝胶加地塞米松辅助治疗。观察两组治疗后临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果:治疗后观察组总有效率为86.67%显著高于对照组总有效率63.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组不良反应及并发症发生率13.33%略高于对照组10.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:左氧氟沙星眼用凝胶加地塞米松辅助泪道探通术治疗泪道阻塞的临床疗效显著,是一种安全、有效治疗泪道阻塞方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of levofloxacin ophthalmic gel and dexamethasone adjunctive lacrimal passage for treatment of lacrimal duct obstruction. Methods A total of 60 patients with lacrimal duct obstruction were selected in our hospital from March 2013 to May 2015, they are randomly divided into observe group and control group, 30 cases in each group.control group underwent lacrimal surgery treatment, observe group were given levofloxacin eye gel plus dexamethasone after lacrimal surgery treatment. The clinical efficacy and comparison of adverse reactions between the two groups were observed after treatment. Results The total effective rate of observe group were higher than those of control group(P<0.01), incidence of adverse reactions sho wed no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05)after treatment. Conclusion Levofloxacin eye gel plus dexamethasone adjunctive lacrimal passage have notable curative effects on treatment of lacrimal duct obstruction, is safe and effective in the treatment of lacrimal duct blocking scheme and has a wide clinical application value.更多还原
