【摘要】 依托孕烯皮下埋植剂(Implanon)是育龄妇女常用的避孕方法之一,适用人群较以往皮下埋植系统更广,除避孕功能外,还对子宫腺肌病等具治疗作用。作为单一孕激素皮下埋植系统,Implanon不可接受的出血模式是影响续用率的主要原因,临床治疗方法很多,但目前仍缺少有效的处理办法,术前及使用过程中的详细咨询,或许能够降低终止率、提高总体使用率。本文将对近年来Implanon的临床应用进展做一综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 The etonogestrel-releasing implant(Implanon)is a highly effective,safe,convenient and reversible long-acting contraception.It is commonly used among women,and its indications are more widely than previous implants.Except initial contraceptive effect,it has some non-contraceptive benefits for diseases such as adenomyosis through decreasing menorrhagia and dysmenorrheal.As a progestin-only contraceptive,unacceptable bleeding patterns are the major side effects influencing the continuation rate seriously.There is few effective management of irregular bleeding patterns for Implanon users currently.Preoperative adequate counseling may reduce termination rate and improve continuation rate.This paper reviews the progress clinical application of Implanonin recent years.更多还原
