【Abstract】 The authors went to the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland(SUPSI) and studied there for three weeks. This article introduces the characteristics of Swiss dual-track vocational education system and focuses on the promotion of a Swiss Mobile and Online Learning System(MOLS) used in the teaching of apprentice chefs. This article also elaborates the inspiration of Swiss Mobile and Online Learning System(MOLS)to China’s Higher Vocational Education in two aspects: the implementation of hybrid digital teaching mode and realization of the flipped classroom teaching strategies under the environment of IT education.更多还原
