【摘要】 流感病毒的感染是威胁全球公共卫生安全的主要病因之一,具有高致病率和病死率,科学系统的阐述其发病机制离不开可靠的实验动物模型;中医药在治疗流感中发挥重要的作用,流感病毒引起的发病症状符合中医学外感病的范畴,因而建立符合中医证候的动物模型有助于揭示中医药抗病毒的机制。本文就流感病毒感染的中医证候动物模型的建立方法进行总结和分析,为中医外感病证候动物模型的建立提供一些思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Influenza virus infection is one of the main causes of threats to global public health security since its high morbidity and mortality. It was important to establish reliable animal model in order to describe the pathogenesis mechanism of influenza infection. The traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) plays an important role in the treatment of influenza and the establishment of animal model with TCM syndromes will help to reveal the antiviral drug of Chinese TCM herbs. In this paper,the establishment of animal model of TCM syndrome are summarized and analyzed,in order to provide some ideas for syndrome of exogenous disease TCM syndrome animal model.更多还原
