抗癌中草药中镉、汞和铅的流动注射电感耦合等离子体质谱分析
Analysis of Cadmium,Mercury and Lead in Anticancer Traditional Chinese Medicine by Flow Injection Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry
【摘要】 目的利用流动注射进样电感耦合等离子体质谱法分析抗癌中草药中镉、汞和铅3种重金属元素。方法采用硝酸-盐酸-过氧化氢-氢氟酸消解体系压力密闭消解,用流动注射进样电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法分析。结果在优化的实验条件下,仪器和方法的检出限分别为0.0060.01ng/ml和0.00160.0053 g·g-1范围;相对标准偏差在1.8%2.9%范围,15 h内111Cd、202Hg和208Pb的灵敏度降低的幅度在3.55.6%范围。结论流动注射条件下,基体对仪器灵敏度稳定性的影响较连续进样明显降低。
【Abstract】 Objective To determine cadmium,mercury and lead in anticancer traditional Chinese medicine by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry( ICP- MS) with flow injection sample introduction. Methods The samples were processed by pressurized digestion with HNO3- HCl- H2O2- HF acid mixture,and then were analyzed by ICP- MS with flow injection sample introduction. Results Detection limits of instrument and method were in the range of 0. 006 0. 01 ng·m L- 1and 0. 0016 0. 0053 g·g-1,respectively. The relative standard deviation were in the range of 1. 8 2. 9%. In 15 h,the sensitivity decrease of 111Cd,202Hg and 208Pb were in the 3. 5 5. 6% range. Conclusion In comparison with continuous sample injection,the effects of matrix on sensitivity decreased significantly when flow injection were used.
