【摘要】 目的观察芪贞降脂溶栓胶囊对高脂血症家兔的血脂及动脉粥样硬化斑块的影响。方法通过喂饲高脂饲料建立高脂血症及动脉粥样硬化家兔模型,随机分为7组:对照组,模型组,阳性药洛伐他汀、脑心通组,芪贞降脂溶栓胶囊高、中、低剂量干预治疗组。造模成功后,除对照组外,其他各组灌胃干预,20 ml·kg-1,1天1次,模型组给予生理盐水,洛伐他汀0.005 g·kg-1;脑心通0.4 g·kg-1,芪贞降脂溶栓胶囊4.0,2.0,1.0 g·kg-1,连续治疗45 d。酶法测定各组家兔血清总胆固醇(TC),甘油三脂(TG),低密度蛋白(LDL)值;苏丹红及HE染色观察计算主动脉粥样硬化(AS)斑块总面积、斑块的最大厚度及冠状动脉硬化所占的百分比。结果模型组三项血清值检测结果均高于对照组,芪贞降脂溶栓胶囊高、中、低剂量组三项血清检测值均明显低于模型组(P<0.001),芪贞降脂溶栓胶囊各剂量组动脉斑块总面积、胸主动脉斑块的最大厚度、冠脉粥样硬化所占比例均显著低于模型组(P<0.001),各剂量组与洛伐他汀及脑心痛组相比,降血脂作用及减轻动脉粥样硬化作用较洛伐他汀及脑心痛组更强(P<0.001,P<0.05)。结论芪贞降脂溶栓胶囊对高脂血症的家兔模型具有降血脂及抗动脉粥样硬化作用,其作用机制有待进一步探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the hypolipidemic and anti- atherosclerosis effect Qizhen Jiang Zhi Rong Shuan Capsule in hyperlipidemia rabbits. Methods By feeding high fat diet to induce hyperlipidemia and atherosclerosis in rabbits were randomly divides into 7 groups: blank control group,model group,Lovastatin group,Naoxintong group,Qizhen Jiang Zhi Rong Shuan Capsule high- dose group,middel- dose and low- dose group. After the modeling,in addition to the blank control group,the other groups according to the following dose gavage,2 ml /100 g one time / d,model group,nomal saline,Lovastatin group 0. 005g·kg- 1,Naoxintong group 0. 4g·kg- 1,Qizhen Jiang Zhi Rong Shuan Capsule high- dose group 4. 0 g·kg- 1,middel- dose 2. 0 g·kg- 1and low- dose group 1. 0 g·kg- 1,treatment for 45 days. After treatment,the level of triglyceride determination( TC),total cholesterol( TG) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol( LDL) were determined with enzyme method. Sudan red and HE staining to observe calculation of aortic atherosclerosis( AS) plaque area,plaque of the percentage accounted for the largest thickness and coronary atherosclerosis. Results Three values of serum detection the model group were higher than in blank control group,but Qizhen jiang zhi rong shuan capsule groups were significantly lower than the model group( P < 0. 001); effect of Qizhen Jiang Zhi Rong Shuan Capsule groups artery plaque area,the maximum thickness of the thoracic aorta,coronary atherosclerotic proportion was significantly lower than those in the model group( P < 0. 001); compared with Lovastatin and Naoxintong group,the efferts of Qizhen Jiang Zhi Rong Shuan Capsule groups of reducing blood lipid and therosclerosis stronger than Lovastatin and Naoxintong group( P < 0. 001,P < 0. 05). Conclusion Qizhen Jiang Zhi Rong Shuan Capsule has the effect of hypolipidemic and anti- atherosclerosis in the experimental rabbits,its mechanism needs future explore.更多还原
