当归芍药散对糖尿病大鼠认知障碍及海马组织病变的影响
Effect of Danggui Shaoyao San on Cognitive Impairment and Hippocampal Lesion in Diabetic Rats
【摘要】 目的探讨当归芍药散改善糖尿病大鼠认知障碍及其机制。方法采用链脲佐菌素造模,实验分为空白对照组、模型组、盐酸多奈哌齐组、当归芍药散高、中、低剂量组,连续灌胃4周后,采用Morris水迷宫法进行行为学检测,测定海马组织NGFβ、BDNF、SOD、MDA及Ach E含量。结果与模型对照组比较,当归芍药散能够显著缩短大鼠Morris水迷宫到达站台时间;海马组织NGFβ、BDNF、SOD活性显著升高;海马组织MDA及Ach E含量明显降低。结论当归芍药散可改善糖尿病大鼠认知障碍,可能与其抗氧化及促进海马神经细胞生长有关。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the anti- Cognitive Impairment effect and mechanism of Danggui Shaoyao San in Diabetic Rats. Methods The model were established by streptozotocin. Then these rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,Donepezil hydrochloride group,Danggui Shaoyao San low,middle and high dose group. After fourteen days of treatment,the Moriss water was used for behavior test,superoxide dismutase( SOD),malondialdehyde( MDA) and acetylcholinesterase( Ach E),nerve growth factorβ( NGFβ),brain derived neurotrophic factor( BDNF) in the hippocampus from rats were examined. Results Compared with model group,Danggui Shaoyao San could significantly reduce the swimming time to platform,NGFβ,BDNF,SOD in hippocampus were improved greatly,MDA and Ach E in hippocampus were depressed. Conclusion Danggui Shaoyao San could alleviate cognitive impairment in diabetic rats. The mechanism might be due to the improvement of antioxidation and promote the growth of hippocampal neurons cells.
