【摘要】 目的对全国决明子资源调查采集到的决明子对口药材和商品药材进行质量评价。方法采用HPLC法对大黄酚和橙黄决明素进行含量测定。结果对口药材和商品药材有约60%的样品达不到《中国药典》规定的含量测定标准要求,进口决明子药材质量参差不齐。结论应该加强决明子药材的市场监管,杜绝劣质药材流入我国,大力发展规范化种植及良种选育,保证决明子药材质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study on the quality of the semen cassiae which is collected by the resources investigation from the original place or market. Methods Content of chrysophanol and aurantio- obtusin was determined by HPLC. Results We found that about 60% of the samples are not up to the standards of pharmacopoeia and the quality of imported semen cassiae is uncertainty.Conclusion The findings could give a suggestions that we should strengthen the cassia seed market supervision,eliminate inferior hebrs into our country,and develop standardized planting and breeding,to ensure the quality of semen cassiae.更多还原
