【摘要】 目的通过小柴胡汤加减而成的柴胡生血方促进骨髓抑制小鼠造血相关指标改善的实验研究,探讨"少阳春生之气"理论对化生气血的临床指导作用。方法制造小鼠骨髓抑制模型后分别用复方阿胶浆和柴胡生血方灌胃给药,测定给药各组对小鼠WBC、RBC、IL-6各项指标的影响。结果柴胡生血方汤组对WBC、RBC、IL-6含量的回升显示出了作用。结论以小柴胡汤加减的柴胡生血方有促进骨髓抑制小鼠造血功能恢复的作用,说明李东垣"少阳春生之气"理论对治疗白血病有临床指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the"Shao Yang Spring Qi"to promote blood metaplasia though the experimental study of the inhibition of bone marrow hematopoietic function of mice promoted by Chaihu Shengxue recipe which is made according to Xiaochaihu Decoction. Methods mouse bone marrow inhibition model respectively Compound E- Jiao slurry and Chaihu Shengxue recipe intragastric administration,to determine the effects of treatment group on mouse WBC,RBC,IL- 6 indexes. Results Chaihu Shengxue recipe group shows the efection in WBC,RBC,IL- 6 content,P < 0. 05.
