【摘要】 学科是大学组织的核心细胞,是大学的基层学术组织。学科可以成为高校开展学生德育工作的重要组织,也是高校德育内容的一个重要来源。引用场域理论对学科德育模式的优势进行分析,并从学校、学院、学科三个层次入手,改进思政教育方法、搭建成才助力平台、健全就业服务制度、完善发展评价机制、建立组织保障措施,全方位构建学科德育体系,是高校学生德育工作的一种创新探索。更多还原

【Abstract】 Disciplines are the core organization in universities and the basic organization of academic research. A discipline could become a fundamental organization to carry out student moral education,and a major source of moral education. This paper applies the field theory to analyze the advantages of the discipline moral education model in terms of three dimensions: university,school and discipline,aiming to construct a multifaceted system of discipline moral education by promoting ideological and political education method,building success assistance platform,completing employment service system,improving development evaluation system and establishing the security system.The study is supposed to be an innovative exploration of student moral education.更多还原
