基于井口憋压分析的电泵井工况诊断

【摘要】 电泵井的电流卡片无法有效判断电泵或管柱漏失、泵举升能力下降、泵效低等故障,针对此问题,提出了电泵井井口憋压(不停泵关闭井口)诊断流程及方法。通过分析憋压前井筒中气液流动状态,结合电泵特性曲线和油井流入动态曲线,建立了理论憋压曲线模型,并且确定了曲线特征参数的提取方法,通过与实测憋压曲线特征参数的对比来判断故障类型。现场应用表明该方法可以成为电泵井工况综合诊断分析的有效手段。

【Abstract】 Current card of electric submersible pump well fails to discriminate effectively the leakage of electric submersible pump(ESP) or pipe string, the decline of pump lifting capacity and low pump efficiency. In order to solve this problem, ESP diagnosis process and method based on wellhead pressure-out analysis(shut in the wellhead without stopping the pump) was put forward. Based on the ESP characteristic curve and IPR curve(inflow performance relationship), the theoretical pressure-out curve model was established by analyzing the flowing state of gas and liquid in the borehole before pressure out. Then, the way to extract curve characteristic parameters was determined. And finally, the failure type was discriminated by comparing the characteristic parameters of theoretical pressure-out curve with the measured values. Field application indicates that this method can be used as the effective way to diagnose the working conditions of ESP wells comprehensively.
